Join us for two and a half days of workshops and networking in the beautiful city of Chicago. Keynote speaker and additional program schedule details will be available soon.
Registration for the 60th MASEA Conference includes: One (1) admission to the conference general sessions and workshops, plus all meals noted on the conference schedule (coming soon).
Early bird pricing will be $350 for members and $425 for non-members until March 31st. After March 31st, registration will be $425 for members and $500 for non-members. If you are not a member, this is an excellent time to consider joining so that you can take advantage of member pricing. Memberships are for one year from date of joining.
Hotel Information:
The Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown South Loop will be where our block of rooms are for the conference. The hotel is in close proximity to the East West Flats where the conference sessions will be taking place. During your free time, you will be steps away from all of the action that Chicago, IL has to offer. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Conference registration cancelled on or before May 15, 2023 is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee. Conference registration cancelled after May 15, 2023 will not be refunded. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
In the event MASEA must cancel the conference due to unforseen circumstances, MASEA will refund the cost of registration. However, MASEA does not assume the responsibility for any additional costs, charges or expenses due to changes made for travel and lodging.
